2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship Pan-India, including major cities, towns, and rural areas.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

 

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid Orders): ₹0 – Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 flat fee per order.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for most PIN codes across India.
  • COD attracts a flat charge of ₹50 per order.
  • If COD is not available at your location, the system will prompt you to pay online.

 

7. Packaging & Product Safety

  • All food products are securely packed to prevent damage, spoilage, or contamination.
  • Perishable items like chocolates are packed using temperature-resistant and food-safe materials when needed.

 

8. Shipping Issues & Delays

  • If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@tirganabari.in
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will coordinate actively to resolve such issues.
  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided are correct to avoid missed deliveries.

 

9. Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link will be emailed/SMSed once the order is shipped.
  • You can also track your order in your My Account > Orders section on our website.

 

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders once shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
  • For changes before dispatch, contact us immediately after placing your order.

 

11. Undeliverable Packages

Orders may be marked undeliverable and returned to us if:

  • The address is incorrect/incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable for multiple delivery attempts.
  • COD orders are refused at the time of delivery.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
