Payment Terms

We use Razorpay, a highly secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, to process all online payments. Customers can pay via a wide range of methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, and EMI options. All transactions are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are secured with advanced encryption protocols to protect your financial data.

Once a payment is successfully processed:

  • You will receive an automated confirmation via email/SMS.

  • The order or booking will be confirmed on your user dashboard.

  • The vendor will be notified to fulfill the order or service request.

Customers are not charged any extra fees for payment processing. In the rare event of a payment failure, users are advised to retry or contact support. In case of accidental duplicate or excess payment, a refund or wallet credit will be initiated.

Refund Terms

Refunds are issued per the type of product or service purchased and the vendor’s cancellation or return policy. Generally:

  • Service-based bookings may be eligible for full or partial refunds depending on the notice period and the service provider’s policy.

  • Product purchases may be refunded in cases of damage, defects, or delivery failures.

  • Digital or downloadable goods are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refunds are processed only after verification of the claim and approval. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or your Tirganabari Wallet, as applicable, typically within 5–7 business days.

1. Overview of Payment Gateway

All payments made through www.tirganabari.in are securely processed by Razorpay, a leading PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway provider. Razorpay ensures encryption and security protocols for all transactions, protecting both personal and financial data.

 

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment through Razorpay:

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)

Debit Cards (All major Indian banks)

Net Banking (Supported by 50+ banks)

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

💡 Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported on www.tirganabari.in only for product purchases, and No Cash Payment is accepted for booking of any services like hotel, room & resort booking, tour packages, car rental services, activities, and events booking.

 

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

International payments are currently not supported unless explicitly enabled for specific services/products.

 

4. Payment Process Flow

  • Customer selects product/service and proceeds to checkout.
  • At checkout, the customer selects the desired payment mode.
  • The customer is redirected to Razorpay’s secure payment interface.

After successful payment:

  • Customer is redirected back to www.tirganabari.in.
  • An order/booking confirmation is sent via email and SMS.
  • The payment status is recorded in the customer’s dashboard.
  • The vendor receives a payment notification and processes the order/service.

 

5. Payment Confirmation

  • A confirmation email and invoice are automatically generated and sent to the registered email upon successful transaction.
  • Users can also track their payment and order history in the “My Orders” or “My Bookings” section of their account dashboard.
  • If payment is successful but order confirmation is not received, contact our support team immediately with the transaction ID.

 

6. Razorpay Security Standards

Razorpay ensures the following:

  • PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance
  • SSL encryption on all transaction data
  • Tokenization of payment data
  • Two-factor authentication for UPI and card payments
  • Fraud detection systems and secure checkout protocols
  • www.tirganabari.in does not store or have access to any card or banking credentials.

 

7. Payment Failures & Error Handling

A payment may fail due to:

  • Incorrect card or UPI details
  • Expired or blocked card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank server downtime
  • Razorpay gateway timeout

In case of payment failure:

  • No amount will be deducted.
  • If deducted, it will be auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
  • Customers can retry payment through another mode or device.
  • Contact your bank or Razorpay support if the refund is delayed.

 

8. Duplicate or Excess Payments

  • If a user mistakenly makes a duplicate payment, or pays an amount more than the invoice:
  • The excess amount will be refunded within 7 working days, or
  • Can be added to the Tirganabari Wallet as credit (upon user’s consent).

 

9. Disputed Transactions

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

  • Raise a dispute through your bank or card issuer immediately.
  • Simultaneously notify Tirganabari Support at payments@tirganabari.in.
  • Include transaction ID, date, service/product, and amount.
  • We will verify with Razorpay and provide an update within 7 working days.

 

10. Vendor Payouts (For Service Providers / Sellers)

  • Vendors receive payments after service fulfillment or product delivery, based on the payout schedule.
  • Payouts are settled via Razorpay to the vendor’s registered bank account.
  • Platform commissions, transaction charges, TDS, and other applicable fees are deducted automatically.
  • ⚠️ Vendors are required to maintain accurate banking and GST details for timely payouts.

 

11. Transaction Charges

  • Customers: No additional fee is charged to customers for using Razorpay.
  • Vendors: As per the vendor onboarding agreement, a standard transaction fee (Razorpay + Tirganabari commission) applies.

 

12. Tirganabari Wallet

  • Refunds or promotional credits may be issued to the Tirganabari Wallet.
  • The wallet balance is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and it can only be used for purchases on www.tirganabari.in.
  • Wallet credit has a validity period of 6 months from the date of issuance.

 

13. Payment Cancellations

  • Payments can not be reversed manually once completed unless the order is cancelled or a refund is approved.
  • For cancellations or refunds, refer to our Refund Policy.

 

14. Taxes & Invoicing

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.), unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Invoices are generated with every transaction and are accessible in your account section.
  • Vendors are responsible for generating GST-compliant invoices if applicable.

 

15. Fraudulent or Suspicious Payments

Tirganabari reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
  • Verify user identity or source of payment in high-risk cases.
  • Report fraudulent transactions to the authorities and take legal action.

 

16. Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy at any time. Users will be notified via email or site banners of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after policy updates constitutes your agreement.

5. Invalid Reasons for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delay due to customer unavailability
  • The incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Failure to apply a promo code
  • Vendor attitude or communication style (without evidence)
  • Service already started or partially consumed

 

6. Refund Request Process

6.2 Required Documentation

7. Refund Approval Process

  • Promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be mentioned at the time of booking and on your confirmation receipt.
  • Partially utilized services (e.g., early check-out or unused nights) are non-refundable.

 

10. Mode of Refund

Refunds are returned via the original payment method. For cash payments, the refund will be added to your Tirganabari Wallet.

 

11. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must honor approved refund claims
  • Repeated refusal without justification may lead to suspension
  • Vendors are responsible for updating product/service availability accurately

 

12. Tirganabari Wallet Refunds

  • Credited within 24 hours if selected as the refund method
  • Non-transferable and usable only on our platform

 

13. Refund Dispute Resolution

  • Escalate unresolved cases to the Tirganabari Dispute Resolution Team
  • The decision will be based on all evidence and logs
  • Final decision within 5–10 business days

 

14. Abuse of Refund Policy

Tirganabari reserves the right to:

  • Reject refunds in case of suspected abuse
  • Suspend users with frequent, unsubstantiated claims
  • Withhold refunds in the event of chargebacks or misconduct
