At www.tirganabari.in, we are committed to offering a transparent, fair, and user-friendly booking experience for all users—both travelers and property owners. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your booking and receive a refund if you are eligible.
By booking through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
1. General Guidelines
The Booking Policy applies to all users, including:
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via your registered user account at www.tirganabari.in or our official support email at support@tirganabari.in.
- Refunds, where applicable, are issued only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Refunds exclude non-refundable service fees, platform fees, or payment gateway charges.
- Processing time for refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider (Razorpay, UPI, etc.).
2. Cancellation by Traveler
Cancellations initiated by travelers are subject to the following timeline-based refund structure:

Note:
- In case of a no-show (failure to check in without prior notice), no refund will be issued.
- Transaction charges and service fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If a partial payment was made, the refund will be calculated on the amount received.
3. Cancellation by Property Owner or Tirganabari
In exceptional circumstances where a booking is canceled by the property owner or Tirganabari, the following will apply:
- A 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued to the traveler.
- Tirganabari will attempt to provide alternate accommodation of similar value or better, depending on availability.
- If the traveler does not accept the alternative arrangement, a full refund will be processed without penalty.
4. Special Booking Conditions
The following conditions apply to specific types of bookings:
- Promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. This will be mentioned at the time of booking and on your confirmation receipt.
- Partially utilized services (e.g., early check-out or unused nights) are non-refundable.
- Group bookings, event packages, or customized stays may carry distinct cancellation policies. These will be explicitly shared at the time of booking and must be reviewed before confirmation.
5. Force Majeure Policy
No refunds will be provided for cancellations resulting from events that are beyond reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms)
- War, riots, or civil unrest
- Government-imposed travel bans or lockdowns (including pandemics)
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Transportation shutdowns
- In such cases, Tirganabari will make reasonable efforts to provide rescheduling options or issue booking credits (where applicable), but cannot guarantee a monetary refund.
6. Policy Revisions
Tirganabari reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time to reflect changes in law, service offerings, or platform features. Any updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date.
