At Tirganabari, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both travellers and service providers. Our cancellation and refund policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be cancelled and refunds issued.
1. General Guidelines
All cancellation and refund requests must be made through your registered account on tirganabari.in or via our official support email. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
2. Cancellation by Traveller Time Before Check- in Refund Eligibility Cancellation Fee
More than 7 days : 90% refund 10%
3–7 days : 50% refund 50%
Less than 3 days : No refund 100%
If you do not show up for the booking, no refund will be issued (No-show policy). Refunds exclude transaction charges and service fees.
3. Cancellation by Property Owner or Tirganabari
In rare cases where a resort/homestay cancels the booking, 100% refund will be issued to the traveler.
4. Force Majeure Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Pandemic-related lockdowns, Political unrest
However, Tirganabari will try to offer rescheduling or booking credits wherever possible.
